Key Dates

The deadline for submitting the Registration Form, the BAA, the Claim Form and accompanying Requisite Claims Data is 5:00 P.M. Central Prevailing Time on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Claimants may not seek any extensions of time to submit Claims beyond the deadline.  Claims received after the deadline will be deemed ineligible.
